I was given a Sinclair Hybrid Ring duplexer which I converted to a Q-circuit BpBr duplexer per the recommendation of VE2BMQ.  Below in Italics is the text from a thread on this.

Re: [Repeaters] F 150-4E Duplexer

That is a Hybrid Ring duplexor capable of 250 kHz separation on 2m. It
would be much easier to convert it to the Q-Circuit BpBr configuration.
You don't need the Hybrid ring performance for 600 kHz spacing on 2m.
Do the cans have top loops on a flat welded top or side loops on a spun
can (with a curved top)?.

I had a set like that many years ago that I bought in a fleamarket for
65$. I stripped off all the harness and converted it to the BpBr config
with capacitors. It worked fine and the left over connectors were worth
more than the cans cost me.
